Big Sandy Pond is a 134-acre pond in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The pond is a natural “kettle hole”: a depression formed by retreating glaciers tens of thousands of years ago. Today, the pond’s two miles of sandy shoreline are mostly lined with cottages.
